The all-new VOSKER V150 is a fully wireless, portable security camera built specifically for monitoring remote locations without access to mains power or WiFi.

After testing last year’s Vosker V200, we wanted to see how the new V150 compares. The V150 is smaller than its predecessor and brings technical upgrades that make it an attractive option at the $299 price point.

Simple Solar Power
The V150 is ideal for locations without power or WiFi—think remote docks, ranches, outbuildings, or the far reaches of a large property. Vosker addresses power limitations by pairing a durable 10,000 mAh rechargeable lithium battery with an integrated solar panel. That combination keeps the camera running through extended cloudy periods and simplifies maintenance. In our experience, the battery retained about 70% capacity after four months in typical conditions.

The solar setup makes the V150 a low-effort solution: install it, position the panel, and let the system manage its own power needs.

No WiFi Needed
The V150 uses LTE cellular connectivity, so it doesn’t rely on a local wireless network. Wherever you have LTE coverage, the camera can send images and alerts to your phone 24/7. Motion-triggered captures are sent instantly, keeping you informed the moment something happens.

Vosker offers dedicated data plans for the device, so you don’t need to add another mobile carrier line to your personal account.

Each V150 ships with a 16 GB microSD card for local image storage and supports up to 32 GB if you need more capacity. The camera captures still images rather than continuous video, so storage needs remain modest compared with video-based systems.
AI Image Recognition
Vosker Sense AI goes beyond simple motion sensing by applying image recognition and filtering to reduce false alarms. The platform can distinguish relevant events from benign motion—helping ensure you only receive notifications for real security concerns.

Basic motion detection often triggers on wind, animals, or foliage. With Vosker Sense enabled, you’ll see fewer false positives and more relevant alerts.
Easy to Set Up and Use
Mounting the V150 is straightforward thanks to its dual ball-mount system, which allows quick, precise aiming and easy repositioning. The design supports rapid relocation, making the camera a practical temporary or moveable security tool.

We’ve used the V150 to monitor pool areas while children are playing and when the house is empty, and the portability makes it easy to place where coverage is needed most.

Built for the Elements
With an IP65 rating, the V150 resists water and dust, making it suitable for harsh outdoor environments. The camera’s sealed design means you don’t need an extra weatherproof enclosure, which can sometimes fog or obstruct the lens.

The self-contained housing simplifies installation and reduces long-term maintenance compared with cameras that require additional sealing or protective boxes.

We installed a V150 to monitor the back area of our property after clearing overgrown vines and adding a new tool shed and playhouse. With tools and materials stored in the yard while we complete the build, we needed a way to be alerted to anyone accessing the area.
Because there’s no fence, power, or WiFi in that section of the property, the V150 proved to be an ideal fit for keeping an eye on activity and protecting equipment.

Captured images include date and time stamps plus temperature data, providing useful context for each alert. The camera’s coverage has been effective for our needs, giving clear still images of events and incidents.

If you’re looking for an affordable, efficient way to monitor remote property without running power or network cabling, the Vosker V150 is worth considering.
