What is G10?
G10 is a high-pressure fiberglass laminate, a composite material made by stacking layers of glass cloth, saturating them with epoxy resin, and compressing them under heat until the resin cures. The result is a tough, stable material commonly used in knife and tool handles because it balances strength, light weight, and resistance to environmental wear.
Fitting G10 to the Charge+ enhances the multitool’s toughness and longevity. The layered construction increases impact resistance, and the material’s properties allow for vivid color options and textured finishes that improve grip and aesthetics.
