Two-burner stoves are essential for car camping and overlanding trips, and the new HitchFire Forge 15 may be the best solution yet.
The founders behind Tepui rooftop tents are aiming to transform outdoor mealtime just as they did sleeping arrangements by launching the world’s first hitch-mounted grill. This design gives you the freedom to grill almost anywhere your vehicle can go.

They call the concept “Adventure Grilling,” made simple by the Forge 15. The grill features two high-output propane burners rated at 7,500 BTU each and mounts to any vehicle with a standard 2-inch receiver hitch. A sturdy articulating swing arm provides plenty of working space while keeping access to your cargo area convenient and unobstructed.
Constructed from powder-coated steel on a robust tubular frame, the Forge 15 is built to handle the rigors of both road and trail. The unit functions as a hitch-mounted grill with a secure swing-out arm or can be removed and used as a tabletop grill. With 355 square inches of cooking surface (roughly 18″ x 22″), it offers ample room to prepare meals for the whole crew.

One of the most practical benefits is avoiding a dirty, smelly grill inside your vehicle. No more charcoal dust in the trunk or grease stains on upholstery—just cook outdoors and bring the clean grill home for routine cleaning.
The HitchFire Forge 15 is available for preorder through the manufacturer.
