The Hot Wheels Legends Tour is back. This year, Hot Wheels hosted a virtual stop for the annual Hot Wheels Legends Tour to continue the global search for the next fan-designed Hot Wheels toy car.
Submissions were accepted from May 8–13. On May 16, a panel of judges — including Hot Wheels designers, automotive experts from Hoonigan, and top motorsports athlete Colette Davis — livestreamed the announcement of the winner.

Congratulations to Chris Walker of North Branch, Minnesota, whose 1959 Chevrolet El Camino won the first-ever Hot Wheels Legends Tour Virtual Stop.
Chris built his entry in his garage in just 60 days and first showed it at the Las Vegas Rat City Ruckus show. Nicknamed the “Hulk-Camino,” the build uses authentic 1959 El Camino sheet metal and is powered by a small-block Chevrolet V8.
The car features a 700R4 transmission, independent front suspension with coilover shocks, American Racing wheels, and Mickey Thompson tires — a true life-sized Hot Wheels ready for the road or the show stage.
Chris and his custom El Camino will join other finalists from Legends stops around the country at the SEMA Auto Show, where one overall winner will be chosen to become the next Hot Wheels 1:64 scale die-cast model.
