Bondera Tile Mat Set
Bondera Tile Mat Set removes the need for mastic, mortar, or thin-set during tile installation. This pressure-sensitive adhesive on a roll simplifies tile projects and is particularly useful for backsplashes, countertops, and tub or shower surrounds. It offers a faster, cleaner alternative for many interior tiling applications.

Nyloboard
Nyloboard products are manufactured from 100% recycled carpet fibers and serve a variety of construction uses, including decking. NyloDeck offers a natural look in texture and color while delivering resistance to termites, moisture, mold, and rot. Its lighter weight compared with traditional wood and some composite decking materials can make installation easier and reduce structural load.
Paslode Cordless Roofing Nailer
The Paslode cordless roofing nailer represents a notable advance in roofing tools. It drives up to two nails per second, holds 120 nails per coil, and operates fuel-powered without a cord. The tool drives nails in sequential mode—pressing the nose against the work surface and squeezing the trigger—making it substantially faster than hand nailing. It’s ideal for many roof-related remodeling jobs, including dormer roofing, small additions, skylight installation, and outbuilding work such as garages and storage sheds.
The show also featured a keynote by author Sarah Susanka, who shared practical green remodeling tips focused on efficiency, comfort, and thoughtful design.
Marvin Windows contributed a summary of notable design trends highlighted during the Design Awards:
+ Screen porches remain popular for adding outdoor living space with insect protection and year-round comfort.
+ Bay windows are being chosen more often as an attractive, space-enhancing alternative to full sunrooms.
+ In-law suites and other guest accommodations—such as furnished rooms over garages—continue to be in demand, reflecting a desire to provide comfortable, private living spaces for extended family or visitors.
